Is this built for consumer goods, or is it a general CRM?

Insightful.Mobi is purpose-built for the consumer goods industry. Our tools are designed around how field sales reps and merchandisers actually work in-store — from ranging and promotional compliance to store-level claims and vendor reporting. We're not a generic CRM with bolt-ons.

Does it work offline in the field?

Yes. Our iPad and mobile apps are built for full offline use, so your field team can complete store visits, capture data, and take photos without needing a connection. Everything syncs automatically when they're back online.

How long does implementation take?

A typical implementation takes around 12 weeks from kickoff to go-live. The first six weeks focus on understanding your business processes and getting the configuration right. We assign a dedicated implementation consultant who works directly with your team throughout.

Can we start with one module and add more later?

Absolutely. Most customers start with Sales IM or Merch IM and add modules like promotion management, shelf recognition, or Agent IM as their needs evolve. Our pricing is modular so you only pay for what you use.

How does your team support us after go-live?

You'll work with the same people who implemented your system. Our support team is based in Auckland and available during business hours across New Zealand and Australia, with escalation options for critical issues. We also run quarterly business reviews to make sure you're getting full value from the platform.
